Jay Broadhurst, President & CEO of Distinct Impact Engineering, brings more than three decades of manufacturing, engineering, and operational leadership experience. His career includes extensive leadership experience with Ford Motor Company, where he developed a deep understanding of complex manufacturing operations, production systems, facility execution, and organizational leadership.
Throughout his career, Jay has led major manufacturing transformations, facility launches, factory consolidations and relocations, operational turnarounds, and complex industrial programs. His experience also includes working with private-equity-backed organizations to evaluate operations, identify improvement opportunities, restructure manufacturing systems, improve productivity and profitability, and execute rapid operational turnarounds.
Jay combines executive-level strategy with extensive hands-on manufacturing experience. He understands how facilities actually operate and what is required to move complex projects from planning through execution.
