Dale L. French II serves as Senior Project Manager for Distinct Impact Engineering. He brings more than 27 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, engineering operations, industrial maintenance, automation, and process improvement across the automotive and defense industries.
Throughout his career, Dale has held leadership positions with General Motors, Tesla, Ford Motor Company, and Navistar International. His experience spans automotive paint, foundry, forging, machining, general assembly, quality, and maintenance operations. He has led large teams of hourly and salaried employees, engineers, maintenance professionals, and operational leaders while improving production and maintenance throughput, reducing costs, and supporting facility launches.
At Distinct Impact, Dale works closely with executive leadership to support project planning, documentation, scheduling, workforce deployment, operational execution, and organizational growth initiatives.
With a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and an A.S. in Supply Chain Management from Ivy Tech Community College. His certifications include Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 30, Human Resources, and Dale Carnegie Leadership.
