Carolyn Nice is Director of Government Operations at Distinct Impact, where she leads government-sector strategy, operational readiness, and execution. A U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of military service and three combat deployments, Carolyn brings extensive experience leading complex logistics, acquisition, contracting, and operational programs across the Department of Defense.
Throughout her military and private-sector career, she has led high-visibility joint operations, supported major federal contracting initiatives, and built cross-functional teams responsible for delivering results in complex, mission-critical environments. Her experience spans Operational Contract Support, LOGCAP, joint logistics, supply chain and sustainment, federal procurement, program management, and strategic execution.
At Distinct Impact, Carolyn focuses on expanding the company’s government portfolio and building the processes, partnerships, and operational infrastructure required to pursue, transition, and successfully execute government programs.
Carolyn holds a Master of Professional Studies in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown University and has been accepted into an Executive Juris Doctor (EJD) program. She maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance.
