Aaron Duval serves as Vice President of Programs and Operations for Distinct Impact Engineering. A Journeyman Millwright by trade, Aaron brings more than two decades of experience in manufacturing leadership, operations management, industrial maintenance, engineering execution, and program delivery.
Throughout his career, Aaron has held leadership positions with Ford Motor Company, FCA, Product Movers, Green Matrix Manufacturing & Consulting, AcuSpray, and numerous industrial organizations. His experience spans manufacturing operations, automation systems, maintenance management, facility optimization, workforce leadership, and strategic program execution.
At Distinct Impact, Aaron oversees operational strategy, program management, workforce execution, and project delivery across multiple industries. His ability to integrate technical expertise with operational leadership allows him to successfully guide complex projects from planning through commissioning and startup.
